Verifiable Parental Consent

The requirement that a Data Fiduciary obtain consent from a parent or lawful guardian, verified in the manner prescribed by the DPDP Rules, before processing a child's personal data. Fiduciaries are also barred from behavioural tracking or targeted advertising directed at children.
